  • What is the Workday Phase 0 project?

    The University of Miami has undertaken an initiative to conduct an analysis of its current enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes and software structure with the goal of creating a proposed plan that supports Workday and ERP processes, workflows, and software across the enterprise.  

  • Why are we doing this assessment?

    The purpose of the Phase 0 assessment is to define a comprehensive redesign strategy focused on improving and streamlining management and processes and to build a roadmap for modernizing Human Capital Management, Financials, Research, and Supply Chain Management systems at the University of Miami. The redesign must be able to support the entire enterprise and be fully integrated with other administrative systems.

  • How will this assessment be conducted?

    The University of Miami has assembled an internal team and partnered with Deloitte Consulting to assist with key activities during the assessment, including helping the University align on a common vision for a future state and the scope, timeline, and deployment approach for an implementation.
